At Onia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that all swimwear must have the original hygiene liner intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
